As Vice President of Long Island
Operations, Joseph has been a crucial part of our growth. In
this role, he guides strategic planning and project management
initiatives while focusing on enhancing safety measures and
operational efficiency.
With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hofstra University, Joseph's career journey started in 2011 working in the engineering and healthcare industry before finding his professional home at Hawkeye.
With a diverse portfolio, Joseph's team handles projects ranging
from Overhead/Underground transmission and distribution,
telecommunications, Renewable Energies, and more. His most
memorable project was the challenging yet rewarding Y49 345kv
HPFF cable replacement, demonstrating the skills of teamwork
with over 60,000 labor hours in an intense 8-month period.
Outside of work, he values family time and advocates for respect
and dignity, influenced by strong family values instilled by his
parents. Joseph eagerly anticipates Hawkeye's growth potential
and applauds the company's fearless approach to new
projects.
